- Please arrive 10 minutes early so the massage can begin on time.
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge for the appointment.
Personal Hygiene
- Ensure you are clean and fresh before arriving for your appointment.
- Underwear should remain on during the massage.
Health Information
- Notify the therapist about your medical history, allergies, and any health issues.
- Report any recent injuries or illnesses before the massage.
