Refund policy

1. General

1.1 This policy applies to all services offered by Loya Wellness and Care.
1.2 By making an appointment and/or purchasing a service, the client agrees to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.

2. Cancellations by the Client

2.1 Cancellation Period: Clients can cancel their appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service.
2.2 Late Cancellation: If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, 50% of the cost of the booked service will be charged.
2.3 No-Show: If the client fails to show up for the appointment without cancellation (no-show), the full amount of the booked service will be charged.
2.4 Cancellation Procedure: Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or the online booking system. The cancellation is only final once confirmed by Loya Wellness and Care.

3. Cancellations by Loya Wellness and Care

3.1 Loya Wellness and Care reserves the right to cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as therapist illness, technical issues, or other emergencies.
3.2 In the event of a cancellation by Loya Wellness and Care, the client will be informed as soon as possible and an alternative appointment date will be offered.
3.3 If an alternative date is not possible or not desired by the client, the paid amount will be fully refunded.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Timeframe: If a client is entitled to a refund, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
4.2 Non-Refundable Amounts: Fees for missed appointments or late cancellations as described in Section 2 are non-refundable.
4.3 Gift Vouchers: Purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable, except in cases where Loya Wellness and Care cannot provide a service.

5. Force Majeure

5.1 In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond the control of Loya Wellness and Care that prevent the provision of services, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by law.
