1. General
1.1 Gift vouchers are a valuable exchange medium at Loya Wellness and Care and can be used to pay for treatments and services offered by us.
1.2 By purchasing or receiving a gift voucher, the holder agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Value and Use
2.1 Gift vouchers are available in various amounts and can be used for treatments and services based on the value of the voucher.
2.2 Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or for value beyond the indicated value of the voucher.
3. Expiry Date
3.1 Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. After this date, the value of the voucher expires.
3.2 It is the responsibility of the recipient to use the gift voucher within the validity period.
4. Loss or Theft
4.1 Loya Wellness and Care is not liable for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Loss or theft of a gift voucher must be reported immediately to Loya Wellness and Care.
4.2 Gift vouchers will not be reissued in case of loss or theft.
5. Redemption
5.1 Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for services and treatments available at Loya Wellness and Care.
5.2 Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers or to pay for promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise specified.
6. Remaining Value and Refunds
6.1 If the value of the treatment or service is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining amount will be credited to the voucher, provided the voucher is still valid.
6.2 Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
6.3 In case of an incorrect purchase or processing error, Loya Wellness and Care may, at its discretion, offer a solution, such as adjusting the value of the gift voucher.
7. Changes and Cancellations
7.1 Loya Wellness and Care reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of gift vouchers, in accordance with applicable laws.
7.2 Changes will be communicated via the website or other communication channels.
8. Applicable Law and Disputes
8.1 The terms of the gift vouchers are governed by Dutch law.
8.2 Disputes arising from the use of gift vouchers will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Loya Wellness and Care is located.
